What can I do in Alfa & Omega? 

Groups that come for a week (minimum stay) may choose to collaborate on a project, combined with cultural visits to the city, to civil authorities and excursions around the area. 

Dates 

We can receive a group at any time of the year, according to the availability of the group and what they can do.
Any group has to come to Dénia a Friday or Saturday and leave on next Saturday (at least). 

*Especially, we need groups for July 2019 

Requisites for coming 

• To be a christian.
• Have the conviction that the Lord wants you to participate in this mission trip.
• Be flexible to adapt to another culture, time, lifestyle… 
• No need to know Spanish.
• Receive the recommendation of a local church, Christian organization or a pastor.
• Minors (18) must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian duly accredited.
• No plan to import a culture, but the gospel. 

Where will we live? 

The Center “Alfa & Omega” offers full board: breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner. We have bedrooms (from 1 to 6 people) in our House Residence (September to June. During July and August, we may also use four School classes). The toilets and showers are in the common area. 

* A monetary collaboration is required to help cover the cost of food and facilities.

PROJECTS 

1. Strengthening the English program for children in the school. This program is based on a VBS program. 

2. Special weeks:

• Sports
• Thanksgiving
• Art. 

3. Maintenance. We always need the help of a mason, carpenter, gardener, electrician, painter, sewing, cleaning… 

4. Summer camps with particular emphasis: music, sports, crafts, missions… 

5. Joint project: in the morning supporting the program of English at school and in the evening evangelism, maintenance or excursions.
